Couple’s Counselling

Initial sessions focus on communication habits and styles. Specifically how each person expresses their observations, feelings, needs, and requests of each other. Clients learn to communicate their needs while respecting boundaries.

Family Therapy

Family Systems therapy views the family as a cohesive emotional unit with interconnectedness. It focuses on closeness and distance, communication, differentiation, and understanding multigenerational context. The therapist is directive, maintaining structure, and supporting personal responsibility.

Somatic Experiencing

The human nervous system protects us during trauma by engaging the "fight or flight" response. However, once the trauma is over, the system may still feel stuck in survival mode. Somatic Experiencing helps you reclaim a sense of safety in your body.

Indigenous Counselling

First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) offers counseling services for indigenous clients in the B.C area. As an approved mental health provider, I can provide counselling for those eligible, status or non-status.

CVAP Counselling

The Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP) offers financial assistance to victims, family members, and witnesses of a crime. As an approved mental health provider, I can provide counselling for those eligible.
